Soon after launching the Instinct 2 Solar in India, the smartwatch maker Garmin is gearing up to expand its portfolio with the launch of a new watch on May 5. The company has confirmed the launch via an official tweet.
The tweet reads, “Over the decades, the fashion has evolved. But need of an outstanding fashion statement remains constant. Garmin is launching a hybrid smartwatch to fill the gap in fashion over decades.”
According to the tweet, Garmin will be announcing its next watch on May 5 and the company will be launching a new hybrid smartwatch.

Although, the company hasn’t revealed any other details like pricing, features or model number of the upcoming watch, it certainly isn’t the first hybrid watch from the company.
The company already has Vivomove series lineup with includes all the existing hybrid watches from the company. We expect that the company is looking forward to expand the lineup with its upcoming watch.
Specifications and features details about the watch is stil in shadow, but going by the previous hybrid watches from Garmin, we expect that the watch will come with features like heart rate tracking, sleep tracking, fitness tracking, etc.
